Yesterday we were at the Best Buy store at Dadeland in Miami; did not purchase a TV yet, but the young man who helped and advised us was exceptional.  Wouldn't it be great if all sales persons were so well informed and personally people friendly?

What a guy and an asset to the Dadeland store.  I hope they appreciate him.

I will forward your comments on to the store managers who I'm certain will be pleased to hear what you have to say. I know we are and I know it means a lot to our managers and associates. 

Even though you were not ready to make this purchase, I hope you will keep us and our Dadeland store in mind when you are ready to buy that new TV.
