I have placed the order for the gift card, as promised.

There is no conspiracy here, just human error. All I can do is apologize for the mistake.

The origin of the original issue with never getting your promotional gift card was due to not adding it to your web cart before submitting your order. Even if an item, such as halo reach, comes with a free item, you still need to add that item to your cart for the promotion to be applied. In this case, the $20 gift card would have had to been added just like you added the game to your cart. The promotion details explain this and even link to the qualifying item that you need to add.

Hi Jacob,

Thanks for getting back to me with regards to the gift card.

Unfortunately, it was not sent to the address we discussed via PM on January 19th.  It was actually sent to my old mailing address, and based on the tracking info it was refused by receiver and sent back to Best Buy's warehouse in Ohio.

I'm sending you another PM again w/ the correct mailing address, please let me know when it is sent out.
