I canceled my order and have since spread the word about the terrible customer service I received at Best Buy. I also realized that "Crystal" who claims not to be affiliated with Best Buy needs to spend her time more wisely, maybe even get a real paying job. I have not heard from Best Buy and nor do I expect to. They don't care about my issue and maybe their poor customer service has something to do with them going out of business? Just read in my local news paper where Best Buy is closing 50 of their stores. The companies don't realize that us "customers" pay their salaries and if they are rude to us, we won't shop there and they don't get paid.

I truly apologize that your computer order did not provide you with a confirmation email and also that after speaking with representatives, you were still left with unanswered questions. I'm sure it was incredibly aggravating, and I agree that online orders should be easy, but it's apparent that your situation was quite the opposite. It's very disappointing that this whole experience made you cancel your order and want to avoid using us for future purchases. Again, I'm very sorry and if you have any other concerns or comments, feel free to reply.

No that was not in the article in my local news paper. I only believe what I see with my own eyes and quite frankly, I don't care if someone says they are opening any stores anywhere, I won't be shopping at any of them.
