I ordered a computer this morning online because the store stated "AVAILABLE NOW" at my local store. I have waited HOURS and have not received a second email confirming that my order was ready for pick-up. I have called my local store and they told me they "didn't know why but the order was still pending". I have called the corp.. Number and was told the same thing. When I asked BOTH employees from each number what the problem was in processing the order they both told me that they "didn't know". That is it, they don't know. If BESt BUY is unable to produce a product "NOW" then they shouldn't advertise that it is available "NOW" because that is a lie and fraudulent advertising. Their advertisement brags about how "convenient" it is to order online and pick up at the local store, well I feel the opposite. I need the product "NOW" and that is why I ordered it online because the website said it was available "NOW". Best Buy does not seem to care how this has inconvenienced my day waiting for an email and having no idea when I will be able to pick up my product. I feel like my purchase does not matter to them and after this I will never shop at one of their stores again. However, I will indeed spread the word to everyone I know about my terrible experience with BEST BUY and their lack of concern. Be warned if you buy something online from BEST BUY, it may not be available when they say it is. What ever happened to whatever it takes to make the customer happy??

I just want to thank you for being so rude to me and making my decision to cancel my order. So congratulations, you have been rude and uncompassionate and Best Buy can thank you for the loss of a sale. Maybe I will print this lovely blog and send it with a letter to my local news station(Bay News 9) and/or newspaper (The Ledger) to explain to them my experience with Best Buy.

Oh I am sorry, I thought you were a Supervisor from Best Buy. That is actually worse that Best Buy is blowing off this customer.
