HELP! Order Status

First of all I'm from Guam and I ordered 2 laptops on Express on September 18, last week Saturday.

Yesterday, i checked my order status and it said "complete" along with some UPS numbers. So I checked both UPS numbers and both were seemingly unable to track.

Now on to today, I logged on to check my order status and now it says "no orders found." What's going on? I'm really panicking right now.

Please someone help me, especially a professional from the bestbuy staff.

Re: HELP! Order Status

Thanks for the response!

I'm guessing this is a server problem or something of the sort?

Re: HELP! Order Status

Apparently it was a server problem or soemthing of the sort because my order is back now.

Phew that was quite a scare! But does anyone know how long it take to ship to Guam? I was hoping the express would be faster then a week.

Re: HELP! Order Status

Hi, I'm also from Guam and I just ordered a phone system. Well it's been nearly a month now and I haven't received it yet. They shipped my order using express via UPS, but then forwarded to USPS (Package service??). After a couple of complants later, they shipped a new phone. Apparently the first one was lost in the mail. Now I just have to pray that this shipment will actually get here. I still don't get why they wouldn't ship it directly to USPS though.  I hope you don't run into the same problem as I did.

My orders are gone too. Could be a database thing, maintenance probably?

Re: HELP! Order Status

@fr4nz: Wow its great to see someone from Guam respond. Just a question but what shipping method did you use? I really hope mine doesn't take a month since I need it as soon as possible. Right now the express shipping has really disappointed me.

But right now it is currently in "shipment accepted" in Richmond Cali on my tracking so I guess thats a good sign. Sorry to hear that you guys are still having problems with it, but I really believe it it is a database/server problem.

Re: HELP! Order Status

Well I wasn't really given a choice for the shipping method. During checkout, I chose standard shipping.  They shipped it via UPS, which was then forwarded to USPS. The shipment class they used for USPS was "Package Services", and it's really slow.

So a few weeks later they re-shipped my order (first order was lost in mail), and also changed my shipping option to Express.  But then I noticed it only applied to UPS. Regardless of what shipping option I chose, it would just be forwarded to USPS. They used the same "Package Services" class on the second order, I thought for sure they'd use a faster class like Priority or Express Mail.  Both of my orders show that it was processed through and left RICHMOND, CA 94804 facility.  The first order hasn't updated since...
