I’ve had the chance to speak with our website support team and have been informed that most orders can take 5-7 calendar days to arrive in Guam, just like orders shipped to APO/FPO addresses.  Some orders, however, may take up to 14 calendar days to arrive depending on the product category.  I apologize if this was not made clear when you placed the order.

@fr4nz: mine is the same thing with the richmond cali processed info but apparently it has left and is heading my way now. I hope yours is the same way!

It has been 8 days since I was told that my order of 2 laptops to Guam had left Richmond to be sent shortly to me and yet my order has still not arrived. I am greatly worried to the point where I am checking my tracking nearly every 3 hours. My tracking seemingly has stayed put at "processed" since September 24th which is very odd and is stressing me greatly.

Please help!

While I can understand your frustration, we do need to allow the 14 days that Agent Aaron referenced to pass to allow the mail system time to deliver the products.

What I do not understand is that 14 days have passed already. I ordered the products since September 18t, 2010.

Sorry for the frustrations posted. I'm just a very worried customer.

I have a confirmation number for USPS that you can use to call the postal service in Guam and find an update on the packages.  The telephone number for what I believe to be the closest post office in Guam is (671) 734-392.

I am sending you a private message with the two confirmation tracking numbers.  I would offer to call them but the time zone difference is pretty substantial.

I called the post office on Guam and they notified me that my package was sent via ship that would take 4-6 weeks which I found completely ridiculous since it went against the policy and my shipping order.

I then called Bestbuy itself and was notified that the maximum days before the package is considered lost is 30 days. I do not know what to think anymore and am extremely frustrated.

I am here on Guam as well....I ordered a Laptop in September and it is still sitting in Richmond, CA......has your order arrived yet and just curious how long it took it to get here?

Unfortunately mine still has not come either. Sorry I could not help.

I'm still very angered since I spent an extra 40 dollars for express shipping when my order has still not arrived in very close to a month already.

When did you order your laptop though?

Hey guys, 

Well it's been over month now and I've just received my order.

I asked the lady who normally hands out the my shipment packages that she has had a few complaints from people who have ordered from bestbuy. 

Majority of them did receive their orders but it took about a month, some nearly 2.  She also mentioned that the orders were received via cargo ship.  So that pretty much explains it.

It's really pointless paying for express as it does not apply to our shipment method.

Sorry you guys had to wait this long.
