I guess he forgot many like me. Thankfully I went to the store grabed all 13 copies of the game they had and exchange the game for a new one (8 times without leaving store just open the game in front of customer service and returned it) until they decided to do something about it. I recieved my code from the store manager who was fuming and wanted to throw me out of the store. All I needed was one code and now they lost the profit from 8 games. The first exchange was really funny when they asked me what was wrong with it and I said nothing.

Hi, I'm also having the same problem. I never received the promo code (as promised) and it's now been over 2 weeks without anything. Could this please get looked into? I have been waiting ever so patiently, but I am starting to lose hope. Thank you.

Peopl eneed to read jesus post that you need to PM him info in order to get something, not just post here expecting him to randomly send you a code.

I'm done wasting time going back and forth with the CSR from BestBuy. It has been way too much of a struggle to get my code I was promised by the best buy cashier when I picked up my preorder. I'm done with best buy. I will not set foot in best buy again as a result of this. congrats on a job well done.
