I ordered the collectors edition through bestbuy.com and have spent $108.00 dollars. I chose to order it from Bestbuy.com because of the pre-order bonus of the Nissan Stealth GT-R code. The game was released on November 24th, it is now December 7th and after countless phone calls and emails I have yet to receive it. 2 days ago when calling customer service I was told by the rep named Angel that this had heard many calls just that day about this issue. She then said she would contact the promotions department. If anyone still has not received this code please post in this thread, I am considering complaining to the Better Business Bureau and Chamber of Commerce in the city Bestbuy.com is based in. This qualifies as failure to render services. I will also consider posting this to other videogame news wires so that from now on people pre-order from Amazon or Wal-Mart. 3 weeks to receive a simple DLC code is an embarrasment. I am also logging when this post was made in case it gets "mysteriously deleted".

Interesting i posted a similar thread minutes ago and just saw this. I am one of the victims of the same incident with no response(according to their 7-10 business days) and nothing. Prob not as important to them as it is to us.

Yes, I'm one of the victims who never recieved the code.
I was told that I supposed to get the code by email, but it seem impossible to get it.....still waiting~

I'm in the same boat. I've called BB numerous times and spoke to 2 supervisors. The BB promotions department told me that I should have received a code in the packaging, however that is incorrect.
I placed my order via BestBuy.com because I specifically wanted the GT-R.

The only thing that worked for me is posting a message on these boards. You guys should send a private message to Jesus whos posted on this thread. It only took him a day or two to get promotions to send me a code.
