I purchased almost $2,000 of merchandise online for in-store pickup. When I went to pick the items, I asked for gift receipts for each item. They said that since it was purchased online, they couldn't do that. They told me to go online and see I can print it from there. I can't figure how to do that and I need gift receipts. Please HELP!!!!!

Greetings! The Forum Mods can email, fax, and snail mail receipts for you. I'm sure they can provide gift receipts as well, prices and such just need to be removed. It may take 3-5 business days for them to reply to you only because of the influx of issues due to the holiday season. Just keep checking back and keep and eye on your private message! I definitely understand it would be frustrating to pick-up your recent BestBuy.com purchases in store and not be able to obtain a gift receipt.
Unfortunately, BestBuy.com purchases do not have a gift receipt option. If an exchange or return would need to be done on a BestBuy.com order, the receipt or packaging list along with a photo ID would be required. Therefore, we would request that original purchaser process the exchange or return.
