I received a gift card for the holidays, but no amount was written on the card. I found this link LINK: https://www-ssl.bestbuy.com/site/olstemplatemapper
The link keeps coming back in error stating the code should be 15-digits long. Is this accurate? It certainly looks like 4 sets of 4 numbers and a 4 digit pin.
Can I check the card in-store by scanning it?
What is the 6-digit code in the upper right corner under the writing and to the right of the word Pin?

Hello fairiefire -
You should be able to take your gift card into any store and have them verify the balance on the card.
I hope this helps!

I was able to figure out the code, it was 16 digits. And we found the amount no problem once we guessed the numbers correctly.
The help should be changed to state 15 or 16 digit code and 4 digit pin. I suppose the old cards were 15 digits and the new ones are 16 digits.
