In the future, posting order numbers is prohibited per the terms of service for the Best Buy Community Forums... Its for your security and protection. Next when they told you to call a number, which one did they give you?
If you cant get the issue resolved over the phone a community connector may be able to help you get your refund. Postings are typically assigned Monday through Friday, although I seen them assigning some on the weekends to try and catch up on the amount of unread postings and issues posted to the forums..

it's been 3 days since you've posted your message and i have yet to hear from Doug. I've also checked my gift card balance and it's still incorrect...

I'm sorry that you're having trouble with your refund and appreicate your patience with us over the past couple of days. I see that our BestBuy.com team has a case open to check on that refund for you, but that the case is still in process.
