On 7/3/2011, I cancelled my order {removed per forum guidelines} because I realized it was the wrong item (gift for my sister). The Best Buy gift card I used for the order has not been refunded the $17.84 that was instantly deducted for the order. I have received a case number from Best Buy Gift Card Support 68115 but have not received any follow-up yet. How long will it take for the cancelled order to be completely refunded? From what I have read on these forums it is only supposed to take 30 min to refund a cancelled BestBuy.com order.

It is definitely the norm to have gift cards refunded nearly immediately after order cancellation, so I can understand why it is frustrating when they're not. Thanks for posting about this on our forums so I can get this taken card of for you!
