I have now called the online support people 6 times regarding order that I placed on December 24. I used my gift card and reward zone dollars to make this purchase (which are both now depleted), and the order somehow is not in your system. I called a few days after and they told me sorry for the incontinence and they were going to send me a $100 gift card. I thought this resolution went above and beyond what I expected, and I was thrilled. After three weeks and not a word back, I called again, and they said they escalated the issue, gave me a case number, and said that I would receive a call back in two business days. After not hearing anything for two days, I called again, and received the same response, and called yet again 4 days later, and just received the same response 15 minutes ago. I have now spent several hours of my time trying to get an answer, and frankly I'm tired of it. I have been more than nice to your orders department, and they have been nothing but nice and polite back, but this seems to be all in vein. All I want back is the $53.49 I spent, I never asked for anything more. My case number is {removed per forum guidelines}. Please get back with me when you can give me a straight answer, because frankly I'm fed up.

Well, that’s no good! I’d be upset too if I placed an order online, but didn’t receive an immediate refund when that order could not be processed.
