I ordered the buy one get one free Sims 3 games at like 6 in the evening December 23rd (I have the print out from the BB site to prove it) and was told on the Order Complete page that I would be getting a conformation E-Mail. Five hours later still no E-mail so I go to the BB site to check on my order and it says 'No Order History' OK so maybe the order didn't go through ( even though it said it did when I ordered it) so I go to my bank and find they took my money but they have 'No Order History'. So I call the 888 number wait on the line 20 minutes (which is fine I know people are busy) when I do get someone I tell her my problem and she looks up my C-Card number and tells me I have a Ghost Order and says she'll call the warehouse then she transfers my call to where it is promptly dropped. Ok, things like that happen so I just call back this time waiting 30 minutes (not so fine this time around) to get a person on the phone after which I am once again transferred and dropped. And still the 'No Order History' is haunting my account page or maybe my 'Ghost Order' is there and we just can't see it. I would really like to get the two games I bought. I would even be willing to take the 'Sims 3 Pets' instead of the 'Sims 3 Pets limited edition' if that would help at all to get things taken care of. FYI the other Game is 'Sims 3 Generations'.
Please help to resolve this as soon as possible.

So I got my order fixed and I am cautiously hopeful that I will not only get my re-ordered items but also get my money back from the first failed order. My experience with BestBuy.com has not been the greatest but the last three customer service reps I spoke to were helpful and did work with me. But the fact that it took me five not so short phone calls to BB 888 number to get this resolved not good.
