I purchased Sin and Punishment 2 and a cable on Wednesday when it was on sale. I used a reward certificate to pay for it. I set it to be picked up in store, but I became worried when I wasn't getting any confirmation email. I then received an email from a Bests Buy rep that my order was "ghost ordered."
I am OK that I don't have my items yet. I just want to make sure I get my money back and that I can still get the game for the same price since it isn't on sale anymore.

It’s been my experience that Reward Zone certificates are generally automatically refunded in 5-7 business days if an order cannot be completed.
