Ghost Order

I purchased Sin and Punishment 2 and a cable on Wednesday when it was on sale. I used a reward certificate to pay for it. I set it to be picked up in store, but I became worried when I wasn't getting any confirmation email. I then received an email from a Bests Buy rep that my order was "ghost ordered."

 

I am OK that I don't have my items yet. I just want to make sure I get my money back and that I can still get the game for the same price since it isn't on sale anymore.

It’s been my experience that Reward Zone certificates are generally automatically refunded in 5-7 business days if an order cannot be completed.  I’d be glad to look into this situation on your behalf though, so please make sure to check your private messages.  You can check your PMs by signing into the forum and then clicking on the letter icon in the upper right-hand corner of the page.
