Frustrated with bestbuy.com and instore pick up order status!!!!

A week ago I ordered a nikon coolpix camera on bestbuy.com for in store pick up because I wanted a special order color.  I received the first e-mail confirming my order but I have not received the second e-mail yet.  I relize it may take a little longer to receive this because it is special order but I am really frustrated because it doesn't have any estimation about when it will ship or be available for pickup.  I believe it says 'order is in the process of being fulfilled' but its said that for a week.  WIth no idea ow long it will take to get my camera, I find myself checking my e-mail every 30 min (for a week now) to see if it's available yet because I am so excited to get it.

 

Bottom line, I think best buy should incorperate an estimated pick-up time on their orders or they should explain the order process a little better so maybe I can make some sort of estimation or at least know how far along it is.  THIS IS SUPER FRUSTRATING!!!!  I wish I would have just bought the silver camera and I wish I would have bought it somewhere else!

It’s been my experience that customers will normally be provided an estimated shipping timeframe whenever they place an order through our website.  I can imagine how frustrated you must feel though if you haven’t received one yet – I would be equally disappointed in a similar situation.
