Typical corporate answer. Not our fault blame them not us. The point is Best Buy has ignored my issue for almost two months now and is more than happy to play the blame game instead of trying to assist the customer. All I was asking Best Buy for was some sort of transaction details, copies of anything I can have. Their answer? nothing, complete silence and ignoring me. Rest assured there is not a lot I can do about it and they know it. All I can do is never shop best Buy again and file a complaint with the BBB.
I have contacted Telecheck, which is next to impossible to get a live person. They will give me no information since I have a collections with them now. All I can do is file a disputed claim and hope for the best
