Hi Abntroop and welcome to the forum.

iTunes code purchases can be strange, some people do get their code within minutes while other people wonder what's up. I don't know if it's related to a certain group of e-mail addresses or what. If you don't receive your code though, a Best Buy Community Connector here can look into it for you. Response time from them on this forum varies. Good luck.

I am sorry to hear that you still haven’t seen the code come into your email yet.  Most customers usually see them in about 15 minutes, however in rare occasions; it can take up to 24 hours.  Using the email address that you registered on the forums, I did locate the order and I resent the email and it should be in your mailbox in about 15 to 45 minutes.  If you don’t see it by then, please let me know by sending me a private message via the link in my signature.
