Hi I placed an order online yesterday and it says it was shipped ( expect it has not been picked up by UPS yet but will be) my question is I will be away tomorrow, do your express shipments require signature and if so is there  a way for me to arrange differently the nearest best buy is 1 hour the nearest UPS is 1 hour and as this is a Birthday gift would like it before Monday. Thanks in advance.

 I tried to phone customer service but they are having trouble with phones and when you get connected tyou wait in the queue, and then it says 'sorry your call has been disconnected"

Whether or not a signature is required is dependent upon UPS.  If you have the tracking number, you may want to call UPS directly to see what options they may have available to help you in your quest to receive it by Monday.  Let us know how it goes!

I did call ups and they said to leave a note for my driver.. BUT... I am home early and he's not here yet. .so I beat him here. tracing says it is out for delivery so it was a non issue but thanks for the reply!
