I order a cooling pad on 4/3. My order did send an email for confirmation and tracking number on the next day. I was happy and ready to get my cooling pad, however, I keep on waiting and waiting...

Now!! it is 4/11 today!!. I paid the Exress shipping method for ships my item 2-3 days, but still haven't get any thing, and the tracking information still state that is "Ready for shipper to send the item or what what what".

It almost a standard method for shipping. Please explained me what happend to my order?

I have send two customer service email, but still have hear any respond yet. I will call the customer number soon.

As I'm sure other people will confirm, Express shipping is express shipping... but it is not express pulling items and getting them ready for shipping.

Thanks so much for posting on the forum!

I know that I would be confused if I paid for express shipping and haven’t seen the product by now.  As mentioned by Fizziii, express shipping is only able to impact the time frame for the shipping and not usually the processing time frame.  That being said, processing time frames can vary on the product, but at most it usually takes five business days. 

You should have seen it come in at this point and I am going to be looking into it for you.  When I receive more information, I will be letting you know via private message.  To check your messages, you must be logged into the forums and click on the yellow envelope icon in the top right corner.
