Hi all,

I ordered some sennheiser headphones this weekend and took expedited shipping to make sure I would receive my order before thursday since I will be flying to Boston then. Received an email yesterday asking me to call and confirm some creditcard info so I did. A promise was made that I would be receiving a tracking number later that day. Still havent got it. As a matter of fact, the order is still being processed for shipment at the warehouse. I am getting rather concerned whether or not my order will be in tomorrow. If not, I'm not going to be able to accept since I'll be gone for a while. Any suggestions? Can I still cancel it?

I have had some issues as well. Even if you pick expedited or express/overnight shipping you will wait 2-3 days for shipping. I hate Best Buy. They also don't guarantee there arrival/delivery dates. So it could say August 4, 2011 but come in on August 11, 2011. 

Best Buy sucks eggs, spread the word! Make a riot! Stop shopping there!

Expediated shipping refers to after it leaves the warehouse. No guarentees are made, unfortunately, about how long it will take to proccess, especially if awaiting shipment from manufacturer.
