Error placing order online using reward zone coupons resulting in losing money

So I spent 20 minutes or better typing in 5 reward zone coupon numbers and two gift card numbers only to get an error saying that the coupons could not be used at this time. I clicked submit once again to see if it was just a temporary error and then I get a message saying that all of my reward zone coupons had been used already. Basically the online ordering system ate 100 dollars worth of reward zone coupons and another 105 dollars from gift cards. Tried the online chat help... that must be a joke or something. Then I called the number listed on the page. I'm on hold for 20 minutes only to hear some guy rambling about the system being updated in broken English and then telling me I should try calling back in less than two hours... Whatever that means. Really not very pleased with customer service so far. Decided I would try this route before I have to drive all the way to the store to solve a problem that should have been able to be resolved fairly easy...

 

One of my reward coupons expires on the first. Will I have my problem resolved before then?

I see this is about as much use as every other mode of contacting best buy. I'm through with dealing with your crap. My family and I spend thousands of dollars a year at best buy and no one there can find the time to get off their a$s and fix my problem whether it be via phone calls, chat service, or this forum. I'll be taking my business else where from now on, save more money doing so, and actually get responses when I have problems. (see Amazon.com for tips on how to take care of thousands upon thousands of transactions and still take care of the individual customers)

Response time here is 3-5 business days, you posted on a weekend.

I regret that you have been unable to find answers regarding the Reward Zone coupons that were used when you placed your order.  I apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused for you!

Heyyy so on my 6th phone conversation i finally got in touch with a guy named dan. He was wayyyy more conforting that something would be done about my loss of money through the online order. He created a case number with most of the information. I will pm you the case number. Which was wayyyy more than the "call us back in two hours" i had gotten the other 5 phone calls.
