I'm tryin to email best buy customer service to cancel my order but when I go to the email web page http://www.bestbuy.com/site/olspage.jsp?id=cat12104&type=page and fill it all out and send it I get sent to a blank page and I'm not sure if they're being sent.

Is there any way to use normal emails to contact customer care? I can only find the NewsCenter@bestbuy.com address but I think that's the wrong one.

Finally fixed the problem myself just used a different browser (ie) was using chrome when the issue occured

I had the same issue with Chrome. Best Buy needs to update their code to make it W3C complaint.
