Was just informed by my Wife she is canceling the Best Buy Credit Card going to cashing in the dollars we have left w/ them and big them goodbye. All for having poor customer service over a $60 game.. BestBuy will be shocked when they find themselves in the same situation as Circuit City in a couple of years!

I am having an issue similar to yours, I pre-ordered the game in-store and I just picked it up and did not receive the Lion of Orlais Shield or Fadeshear Sword pre order items OR the Best Buy specific Amulet of Ashes. When I asked the Best Buy staff about this, they had no knowledge of the promotions whatsoever and were of no help, They didnt even understand my questions properly. Could someone PLEASE help me, I can't even figure out how to create a new topic on this website and I am hoping I can still get my bonus items.

Just thought I'd chime in to say I'm in the same boat. Pre-ordered online, got the game by in-store pickup, and then got home only to realize that I had been given the regular edition. I called customer service and the woman I spoke with was about as unhelpful as someone could possibly be... just repeating that she could find no record of that promotion over and over again.

Happened to me too. The customer service desk had no idea what I was talking about. Store manager said they received 1 copy of the Signature Edition and it was already given out. He did not offer to check other stores or give me any refund or other concession.

Ya, I even called customer service and they said that they only deal with online purchases and that I had to go back to the store, print out the promotion (which was now taken off of the Best Buy website since it is past March 8th) and then go and talk to the manager of the store. So this is becoming extremely difficult for me... -_-'. Hopefully it works out and I did print out the proof of the promotions from the Dragon Age website, not the Best Buy one.
