I have the exact same problem as everyone else in this thread. i preordered in december. Bestbuy you have had 3 months to get this game to me and you ship it on the day it comes out. Amazon guarentees to you that you will get your game on release date,unless ordered the day before and even then i got it the next day. This is very unprofessional and i will never preorder from bestbuy again.

Cancelled my order and ordered a signature edition for my PS3 from gamestop's website yesterday. I received the signature edition copy from gamestop at my house today.

I preordered my copy for the X360 on 12/17/2010 in-store. When I went to pick it up, they hadn't received any Signature Editions. They said I should check back after their next shipment on Thursday (3/10), so that's what I did. No luck there either. They said if they didn't get them in then they weren't EVER going to get any in...

I checked the other local stores and they never received any either.

FYI guys,

I ordered mine (xbox 360 version) online on January 8th with silver membership free shipping.  I finally got it in the mail last night. 

 I did get the signature edition as ordered.  It is clearly labeled signature edition on the box.  The card in the box contains 3 codes, 2 of which you have to input in the game or on the xbox dashboard, and the 3rd (the codes is actually shorter too) has to be done online with your registered social bioware account that you have to have linked with the same email as your gamertag. http://social.bioware.com/home.php

You can also view on that site what your unlocked content is once you have registered and linked your accounts/gamertags.

I also have not recieved any of my pre-order promotional items from Best Buy.  Supposedly Best Buy was supposed to email me the promotional codes.

I pre-ordered my copy of Dragon Age II : Signature Edition on 10/27/2010.

My purchase was made online.

My order was for home delivery.
