While I do not have an answer for you just yet, I do have Joshua and Ryan from our Community Connector team, working on finding a resolution for each varying situation.
A few questions though.
Myself, Josh and Ryan are all gamers and we completely understand how upsetting this whole situation could be for all of you. I know when I almost didn't get my CE of Cataclysm, I was super anxious, but please know we will do our best to make sure our customers receive what they are entitled to.

I'm with you on that one, I'm thinking of what to do since I've called them saying there's nothing they can do. Which is just wrong in this matter.

THis same thing happened to me with my Xbox version of Dragon Age Signature Edition. Why on earth would I preorder a game from Best Buy ever again? If you can't deliver it on the release day then you shouldn't do preorders. This is such BS, I was told it would be here on release, I organized my day around being able to sit home and have a nice long gaming session. I am a premier silver member and that didn't even help the shipping, Thank you for terrible service Best Buy, very disappointing!
