I pre-ordered Dragon Age 2 Signature Edition for XBox 360 from BestBuy.com back in October 2010.

My online status of this order says that it is being released on March 25th but the publisher's release date is March 8th (on other message boards, I have read posts of people who ordered the same product from bestbuy.com and got a confirmation email saying that it has shipped while I have not received any notifications)

When I phoned up customer care, they didn't have any record of the SKU number for the Signature Edition or if they would receive any copies.

i'm having a similar issue. i pre ordered the pc version of the DA2 signature edition in october. I originally selected in-store pick up. I later received an email that this version of the game would not be available for in-store pickup, and my order was going to be shipped to me instead. I was told that for the inconvenience, i would receive expedited release date shipping. Yesterday i received an email saying my copy of the game had just shipped with STANDARD shipping via streamlite/USPS. This is unacceptable. I've been jerked around and lied to about when and how I would receive the game. GIven streamlite's poopr reputation, i doubt i'll receive my copy of the game until some time next week, hopefully. As of right now (release day) my copy is sitting in Hebron, KY.

Some assisstance or acknowledgement of mine and Motoko's difficulties would be greatly appreciated.

I'm tempted to go to my local best buy and just purchase a standard edition of the game and return the signature edition when i receive it, but i would sacrifice all the bonus content included with the signature edition. i REALLY don't want to have to do this.

Thank you for letting me know of your situation.

Customer Care; It would great to know what is happening, if you know that the release of my copy of Dragon Age 2 Signature Edition is going to be pushed back by a few days or has been cancelled then please send me an email stating this so i know what is going on with the shipment of my copy.

i hope they get back to us! i hope they figure out what happened with your order! i started my own thread so i dont derail yours. I dont think theres much they can do for me at this point because my copy is out of their hands, but an apology or something would be nice, since i was straight up lied to.

Yeah, this is happening to a lot of people.  Best buy just doesn't get what gamers want.

There's another group ranting int he geek squad side about similar issues, including me.

im gonna stop by my local best buy and see if they have any signature editions. i highly doubt it but its worth a shot

I pre ordered on 1/10/11 was supposed to get the Signature Ed(PS3). I went into the store today to get my copy and all they had was the regular edition. The store manager is supposed to call me. What are our options? That version will not be sold in stores, ONLY preoders! Please Help!!!!!

Yup Same issue for me. Orderd back in Jan. Web said I would recieve on the release date (I am a premier memeber for what its worth). Find out my game is STILL in KY as of this morning. Not going to get it. Being ship standard ground. Also the shipping company they are using is horrible. Looking like the 15th to get the game. I did call and complain. I am getting a $20 gift cert. Would rather have my game. Best Buy is becoming a terrible company. Considering pull my account with them (we put alot of money through them) and move to someone else. Things like this just show how little they care.

I was also a premier member until this month.  It has no pull with Bestbuy whatsoever.
