So I pre-purchased Guild Wars 2 and apparently I am supposed to download/install GW2 through the best buy pc app so that I can redeem my code, however when I attempt to download it simply says Download Error. From browsing other peoples problems I tried restarting my computer/app and deleting the download folder neither of which worked,. Any help would be appreciated.

I'm sorry to hear that your download is not coming through; that sounds pretty frustrating. I have also seen some posts about this issue so I need to do some investigating.
