The ONLY reason I placed an order and paid to have it expedited with Best Buy was because your website said my purchase would be delivered between 20-21 Feb.. My wife’s birthday is today, 21 Feb.. Today I get an email saying the package is just now leaving the warehouse. The customer service rep could only say sorry and we'll give you free shipping. Sorry doesn't cut it, I'm the one left holding the bag trying to explain to my wife why her package isn't coming on her birthday. I’m the one that gets screwed over in this deal. I can’t believe you would tell me a delivery date and then not follow through. This is completely unsat. I am done with Best Buy.

I am so sorry to hear about the experience you have been going through trying to make sure that your order was available in time for your wife’s birthday, which is today. I know that I would be just as upset if the website showed that it should have been delivered by today, when it hasn’t.
I was able to look into your order by using the email address you registered with the forums and I did see that order shipped today. BestBuy.com usually provides estimates on when items may arrive and I apologize that we were unable to fulfill that estimate. The shipping time frame can depend on how soon the order is processed and most orders take about one business day to do so. This could be in part as to why it was only shipped today, since it was being processed on Monday.
Unfortunately, I am unable to expedite it any faster than it currently is going, which I am sorry for. I appreciate the feedback regarding this and please let me know if you have any questions. You can certainly reply to this post or send me a private message via the link in my signature.

Thanks Mbrguy. So, here I am in the military currently 7 states away from my wife on her birthday. I have missed numerous birthdays, anniversaries, holidays while on multiple deployments. I wanted to get her a gift that I knew she would receive on her birthday. Amazon.com said it would be delivered on 21-22nd of Feb. Best Buy told me "estimated arrival date" of 20-21 Feb. Who would you choose??? Nowhere did it say, there's a chance it will be late. Maybe you should have them put your disclaimer email on all orders from now on.
