I "pre-ordered" Mario Kart 7, thinking I would save myself a trip to a local competitor. Game released Sunday, as of Tuesday morning, order still being processed. "Customer service" is a joke: Roboform responses in email, automated no answer telephone line. Looking at some of the topics in these forums, I highly regret and wish I had spent my money supporting another business which would have shipped out my game by now....
Point of my rant being, anyone else get screwed on "pre-ordering" a game they have to wait a week for?

I appreciate you taking some time to contact us about the pre-order you placed on Mario Kart 7 and how you hadn’t seen it. As an avid gamer, I know that I would be frustrated if I pre-ordered something and didn’t get it until a few days after its release.
I did have a chance to look into the order and according to the tracking information, it was delivered today. The last status states “Out for Delivery”, so I hope that you were able to get ahold of it today. I am very sorry for this experience. I will also be sending you a private message about your order.
