I purchased H&R Block At Home Deluxe Federal + State + Federal E-File 2011 - Windows [Digital Download] Monday late afternoon and now it's Thursday noon and the order status still says "pending". No email received for the download.
Crazy it's taking this long. I called last night and was given Case # {removed per forum guidelines} and told it would be investigated and I should hear from someone in 3 - 5 business days! Wow!
Rebecca in Customer Support did offer to change this to an in-store pickup, but I thought I would give it 12-18 hours. So if I don't hear from someone soon I'll probably have to do that.
I'm trying to get my taxes done... and the clock is ticking!
Horrible experience - why can't Best Buy get Digital Downloads right?
