Hi, so i ordered 2x 4000 microsoft points and paid using my BB card. When i ordered it said it would take approximately 15 mins for delivery to my email address..........5 hours later and still no MSP. i do not understand why my order is on hold. Could someone please inform me as to why this is happening? I have had several bad experiences with BB stores in the past month despite giving the stores alot of custom. I eagerly await a response but fear i may be best cancelling my order tomorrow morning if it stil hasn't arrived and giving gamestop my $100 instead.
