Hello,
My account indicates the order is completed, I even received a survey about my online order experience.
But I didn't receive my item. The package tracking indicates the item has been at my local post office 7 days.
I can't talk with a person at customer service, I'm always routed to the package tracking website that doesn't tell me anything.
Anyone have a solution ?

Is there any way you could ask your local post office what's up? I can't feature Best Buy Community Connectors being able to give you much information about a package that may be stalled out at your post office for some reason.
In any event, a response from Best Buy on this forum typically takes 3 to 5 business days. Good luck.

Unfortunately I made my online order with a Best Buy gift card. Since I haven't received my order and it appears I won't get resolution from customer service, I don't have my Visa credit card to assist me in disputing a charge.
Lesson learned.
