I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but this specific laptop (SKU # 9718877) is an online-only product that is nearing the end of its life cycle.  As such, it has been removed from BestBuy.com and is no longer available for purchase.

If it's no longer available, then why did the BestBuy website allow me to add it to cart, take my credit card info, and tell me it would arrive no later than 8 days after i ordered?

It was two hours after i ordered that i got an email stating it's backordered?   Is it really that hard to program websites to state proper availability of products?
