I have placed an order of a Dell Inspiron Laptop on 08/23/2011
the estimated time of arrival for the product was on 08/27/2011 --> 08/31/2011

--> 2nd email on 08/30/2011 said the very same thing as in the 1st email ( I said may be it is gonna take a while - but it is worth it already it is not gonna hurt to wait )
--> 3rd email on 08/31/2011 said the following: Billing Problem Encountered - Action Required![]()
My Order's Time Arrival supposebly was 08/27/2011 --> 08/31/2011
The 3rd email was sent on the very last day of the expected time of arrival - so what is the condition of my order in that case

You can also call the 888 BEST BUY number to find information about orders like this.
I did yesterday when my order for RAM was canceled without any additional information. I called the 888 number and found out what I needed to know.
