I can't believe I was given interest from the beginning of the purchase, when I specifically told by a store represenative that I would receive interest from the remaining balance of the purchase. I was about to pay the entire balance when suddenly I had a large $400 dollar charge with $300 left on the balance. Please best buy help me out like you helped out all those other customers with this issue so that I don't have to close this account in December prior to Christmas shopping.
