I can't believe I was given interest from the beginning of the purchase, when I specifically told by a store represenative that I would receive interest from the remaining balance of the purchase.  I was about to pay the entire balance when suddenly I had a large $400 dollar charge with $300 left on the balance.  Please best buy help me out like you helped out all those other customers with this issue so that I don't have to close this account in December prior to Christmas shopping.

I was checking my BBY credit card acct and to my suprise, I was charge a deferred Interest.  Is there anything that I can do? Please help.

cyu1977, did you not pay off your promotion in time? Did you make a couple late payments? Did you fail to make your minimum monthly payment?

No, i never late on my payment.  I just didnt' know my promotion period in expiring.  I was planning to pay on next month anyway.

A community connector can look into it to see if they can assist but the card gives you the promo expiration date on every statement and has a big old warning the last couple of months before it expires.

I never have a chance to look into my statement.  I just login and go to payment section and pay my bill on the first day it due.
