Ordered Transformer Prime on 1/6/2012 and was SUPPOSED to be SHIP TO STORE on 1/15/2012.....I have yet to get an email saying it has been shipped. LACK OF KNOWLEDGE FROM EVERYONE AT BB and when you call 1888BESTBUY, all they send you to is an extension that has a HIGH call volume and you get disconnected right away.
Best Buy wonders why they cannot keep business is because they lack customer service and keeping in contact with customers and their orders. I understand the Transfomer Prime is a HOT item, but I bought it when it said it was avaiable online and it would be here in a week and a half. LIARS. SO FRUSTRATED.
