I ordered 2 Zynga $25.00 gamecards WITH the 99c Zynga Farmville stuffed animal (supposedely in a "barn box"). I did this on 12/03/11. You took my money for this-$52.15-on 12/03/11. TODAY, 12/16/11, I finally get a box with ONLY the gamecards-I could have gotten these anywhere! I see by my Best Buy confirmation order that all were shipped on 12/07/11; and that the ANIMALS were supposed to be here by 12/15! Well, they are NOT! I have repeatedly tried to get in touch with your customer service on the phone-wait for over 20 minutes each time, just to have your "Christmas" music stop-nothing there-then a busy tone! I do NOT like being hung up on repeatedly! I was waiting for them as I am typing this-37 minutes, 38 seconds, before the busy signal came on! SIMPLY-I WANT MY STUFFED ANIMALS NOW! BEFORE CHRISTMAS, AS THEY ARE CHRISTMAS PRESENTS! If they are NOT here, I expect more than a $10.00 gift card for the aggravation this has caused! I would have gotten them in my local store-but according to your website, they were NOT going to be offered for sale there! PLEASE help me with this! Nobody at your store listens to their customers at all! Thanks!

I apologize for the delay in my response to your post. It was disappointing to read that the FarmVille holiday animals you had ordered did not arrive as quickly as you had hoped. If I had ordered an item for Christmas and there was a delay in it arriving, I know I would have been concerned as well.
When an order is placed on our BestBuy.com site, we provide estimated delivery dates for the ordered items; however, these are only an estimate. In reviewing your order, I was able to see there was a total of three shipments for the items you purchased, one for the two Zynga cards and one each for the two plush. According to the tracking information, all three of these shipments arrived on the same day you had posted, however the two plush appeared to have been delivered later in the day. I do hope that these were received ok.
I also noticed that you had contacted our offices via another channel the same day and that Steve had contacted you regarding your order concerns. If you do have any additional questions or concerns regarding this, please don’t hesitate to let one of us know.

Thank you for your reply. Yes, the "boxed stuffed animals" did arrive either later that day or the next, as I found the bubble envelopes on my porch. Unfortunately, one of these had been stepped on (since the rather large shoeprint was on the front of it), and the box the animal was in was totally crushed and opened. Not very nice for a Christmas present! I have been in retail for many, many years; and would never give any of my customers the items that I received from you. I understand that OFTEN items are shipped from different warehouses, different areas; when ordered online or through a catalogue. However, why 2 gift cards are packaged in a cardboard box-with bubbled plastic on top; and 2 "easily crushable" items are sent in envelopes, is beyond me. When I ordered these and paid for them on 12/03, I assumed they would get here before the 21st. I would have forced myself to actually go to the one local store to buy them, instead of getting them online; but your website said they would NOT be available in this particular store. Hence-my order. Also, when I first looked at my paid order, I did not notice the 3 different "orders" and different dates for -maybe-deliveries. I noticed that after trying to contact you after 2 weeks. Even so, if we go by that, the animals were NOT delivered "on time",as they were supposed to be here 2 days BEFORE the cards (which were delivered on the absolute last day of the "expected" delivery date). And yes, I know it is an ESTIMATE. It just seemed a long, drawn out process to get 2 small items. Finally, the reason I went to 3 different places to get an answer from you-there was no e mail for customer service on my order; I tried calling your 800 #-only to be put on hold 3+ times for 20-36 minutes each time-only to be cut off and hung up on without talking to anyone. ALL of this is after I had purchased a laptop from your store here-which is basically unusable, since it does not load, or stay on (in addition to being misinformed as to what it could/sould be able to do by your employee); AND, the good one-I was given a Brother printer & inks (about $600.00 worth) last year. It was never opened. I needed a printer/COPIER. The person that gave it to me and I went to exchange it. Unfortunately for US-it was over 30 days and we could do nothing with it. Brand new-just wanted an exchange for what I NEEDED! No way!! Anyway, I get off the track. I am NOT pleased with the service for this purchase, the fact that it took almost 3 weeks to get here, and then part of it was damaged. I do NOT intend to buy anything from your store-in person or online again! My opinion-that's all! But, if you treat all your customers this way, you will not have many left! Again, just my opinion. Pat.

Thank you for your interest in purchasing the Farmville Plush animals from us.
We actually do still have these available to order on BestBuy.com for shipping to a USA address. Some store locations may also have some in stock to purchase there as well or order for store pickup. To place an order or check to see if a store may have them in stock, feel free to check out the product page here. As these are a mystery pack item, there is no way of guaranteeing which of the animals will be in the package.
As far as your question of us being able to accept money orders, unfortunately at this time, we would not be able to do so either online or in store. If you should have any additional questions or concerns regarding this or anything else, feel free to let me know.
