I was extremely impressed with the service I received at the Lufkin, Texas Best Buy. An associate by the name of John, ( in mobile phone department), was not only very knowledgeable, but eager to assist as well. He went above and beyond, and did it in a timely manner. I plan to return for all of my mobile phone needs.
