I bought a digital downloaded version of Lego Harry Potter Years 5-7
After a bit of very slow downloading via the PC app (I do not like) and having to install, uninstall and reinstall on my computer, I went to open the game and it wants a serial #. So I called customer service. After 6 calls, one call alone lasting 45 minutes on hold, I'm still no closer to getting this serial number. $30 down the drain because you can't return digital purchases. I will never buy from Best Buy again, and believe me, they've gotten a lot of my money over the years.

I have checked my spam folder....nothing. In store couldn't help me, online provides no answers, and the 1 888 best buy number is completely useless....I've had four seperate people tell me they have no idea what to do to help me.

Don't bother expecting help from Customer Care agents or a call back from their supervisors, once Best Buy has your money they are done helping you. There is a reason Best Buy only lists the Customer Care number instead of the corporate office number to contact them. They don't want to hear from all the dissatisfied customers.
