I have spent thousand of dollars at Best Buy and have diligently paid every month my credit card using the automated payment that I have set-up in my Bank of America. I lived in Chicago, however I have to stay for more than a month in Florida.
I religiously checked my auto pay every month, however when I left for Florida I did not have the time to do so. I learned later on that I missed two months of payment! I talked to the Credit Card Customer to ask if they could defer the finance charges since I had never ever missed a payment since I started out with them. They said they could not do anything!
This is really terrible because they are charging me so much $$$! I am about to complete my whole payment (1st batch years) this coming October without any finance charges.
In all my years, I have been paying all my existing credit cards on time and have never missed a payment!
Please help me, I am so frustrated and distraught because of this incident.

HSBC administers the BBCC. Unfortunately, BB does not have any access to, or influence over HSBC or their records.

It is just disheartening to be in this horrible situation when I am about to be almost done with my payment!
Best Buy should step-in and intervene to help their loyal customers otherwise most of their valued customers who experienced the same case as mine will never shop at their Stores.

Have you double checked your banking statements for denial of payment or other insufficent funds situation , it could be triggering a spending pattern habit in your banks security precautions and might not go through properly. You know how they are always training new loss prevention staff by the day ![]()

It sounds like that is Bank of America's problem if you ask me. How long is the grace period on Best Buy credit cards anyway?
