I would love to know who to complain to as well, it's no wonder they are going bankrupt, the service in their Holyoke MA store compares to ..... the worst I have ever experienced. They lost $2000.00 in sales from me yesterday because there wasn't a soul around to help me, so I went to Sears! Trust me , the service at SEars was incredible, helpful knowledgable staff who were actually available, unlike the nonsense at Best Buy. Let them go out of busniness, no loss to the consumer :-)

Best Buy isn't going bankrupt. feel free to complain on here in your own thread and a corporate connector will address it.
