The situation is like this:

3 photo frames 125,97

1 Microsoft mouse 17,84

1 Logitech mouse 41,99

after making the order my balance was $830+ dollars;I have the products for pickup in Midlothian, VA.

Today, when I checked my bank account, surprise; a new withdrawal appeared:

$143.81

and my new balance is $686.34

Tuesday, September 27, 2011 I received an email saying "Your item is ready for pickup ". Only the logitech mouse is ready for pickup, the other items are not.

So...After some math I realized that the 143,81 dollars withdrawal appeared from  185,80 - 41,99 = 143,81.

Now my questions, did they charge me twice? Will I get those 143,81 back in my account? Why is this happening?

You weren't charged twice. You aren't charged at all until you pick up the items. Since the other items aren't available, the authorization got adjusted with just the mouse. The other authorization will drop off. When the other items become available, a new authorization for them will appear too. Eventually when the full charge goes through, you will just see the 185 and the others will all drop off.

But if I add all my spending, including 185 from bestbuy,  and then decrease everything from the total, my balance should be 830, not 680.

When I made the order, 185 dollars were taken from my account, cuz i checked before and after...

The 185 wasn't taken. An authorization was just placed on the account. It will all balance itself out once you pick up all the product.
