about 2 days ago, I tried to order an online e-gift card. when I rry to order, it said payment declined or something... I tried several times. but everytime the same error. so I gave up in the end.
but today, when I check my card balance (prepaid visa). I only have a balance of $0.50. that was strange. so I called my bank and ask why is that? becasue I had more than $13... then they told me there is a bestbuy charge of $13.00 on 3rd. why is that bestbuy?? said payment declined. but you charged my card. that's not right now is it? ans also why is that bestbuy doesn't gives you an option to buy a gift card and see everything in order history? Amazon does that!
I can give you my card info. my email and everything. please check it for me. and do the right thing. I used my same email as the e-gift card receipent email.
so please refund my payment asap. or just credit my gift card balance to my account. I placed the following orderes with my account (2) days ago. so you can find my email easily.

I just called. and they told me it will drop & credited back to my account after (45) days...
or
it will not take that long if bestbuy confirms that it was only an autorization not a charge!
