As someone who has had debit and credit card fraud in the past, I am very sorry to read that your BestBuy.com account had been hacked and a purchase was made on your credit card due to this.
I had not been aware of any issues with anything happening like this, but after reviewing the notes from your previous calls, I had seen the information that you were provided regarding the account issues. I had also seen several contacts to our offices on the day you had posted in which various teams were looking into things to get your account fixed.

The cases I had referenced appeared to be from calls you had made to our offices. From what I could tell, the representatives had been addressing things while you were on the phone with them, though in a couple of the cases things some things may have been done on the backend after the calls. If nobody contacted you back prior to the last person you spoke with I apologize.
