Cannot link my reward zone account with my online account. STILL

I contacted you several months back about my bestbuy.com account not letting me link my best buy rewards account together saying information doesnt match. When I called back then you assured me you would fix it. I never heard back again.

 

I made several orders during the holiday and none earned rewards. I tried again to add my rewards account and it still said the info doesnt match. Ive sent several emails to you and have gotten ZERO responses. I called your support line and either dont get through or am told it will need to be researched and then I never hear from you again.

 

Ive made several posts in the reward zone forum and private messaged your employees and have gotten ZERO replies from them as well

 

Im appauled at how terrible your customer service is.

 

Ive given up on trying to get this fixed since you obviously dont give a crap about your customers. Just wanted to tell you Im never buying another thing from you again. Congrats on losing a customer for life.
