Canceled pickup refunded to GC I no longer have

Hi all, I had an online order that I didnt pickup as I got the game somewhere else. According to the order details, the cost was refunded to a gift card I no longer have. I emailed the online customer service on the 8th but have yet to hear a reply. Would calling make a difference, or will they just tell me that i'm SOL and should keep better track of my GC's?

They can issue another gift card. Call 1-888-BESTBUY for immediate support, or wait here and a Community Connector will assist you soon.

Thanks for posting on the forums about the order that was cancelled and you were looking to see if the Best Buy gift card can be refunded. That is a good question.

As DanK had mentioned, if funds were returned to a gift card, because the order was cancelled or returned, we can reissue that gift card.
