I ordered a game on the Best Buy website on Saturday (the 27th), and I know it probably didn't get far yet, but I went to check the order status, I entered all the correct information, and after I clicked the "Check Order Status" button, it reloads the screen and gives me a message that says:

I've seen that several other people have had this problem and they've also posted it on here. I would like to check my order status sooner or later so I have an idea of where the package is.
And One more thing: Do things ordered online get sent to you from the nearest best buy to your location, or do they get sent from somewhere else across the country? Because 4-14 days seems a little too long, judging by the fact that There's a best buy about 30 minutes away from where I live, and it would make more sense if they just shipped it from there and have it take 1 day to be delivered rather than an estimated 4-14 days.

I couldn't check the online status of my order either -- in fact, there is no record of the order at all. There is, however, a charge on my credit card that I can see. This is ridiculous and happening to a lot of people. Be sure to speak up and keep calling and e-mailing as much as you can until it's resolved. That's what I've been doing...even though I have had no success, I keep trying. Better than just sitting around doing nothing to get the problem solved!

Alright I sent the order number via private message.
And Rkosha, as far as I know, the only way to get it resolved is to make your own forum topic and wait for a moderator to ask you for more info in a private message and etc.

It looks like you've waited 48 hrs. with no resolution, and I already sent my order number and received a response telling me to log into my account and check my status, which started this whole thing. Major circle run-a-round. I give up on this site. Since it takes 20 minutes on hold to call, I may just go to the store to try and cancel an order they told me that they 'expect' to ship in 1 to 2 weeks. No more Best Buy for me.
