I have been working for months to try to login with my account to bestbuy.com. I am able to login to the rewards site. When I click forgot password, I never receive an email. I attempted to reregister my account using the same email adderss, but it states the email is already registered. I was able to register for this site and receive email from bestbuy.com so my spam filters are not blocking from bestbuy.com.
I called in a support case, got an agent who stated that someone would email me to assist. I asked how they were going to email me to support me when I am not receiving emails for password resets. The person on the other end of the phone just could not understand that aspect. Searching the web, success only appears to come from this site. Please help.

Thanks for posting and I am sorry to hear you haven’t been able to log into your BestBuy.com as of late. I’d find it upsetting as well if I couldn’t seem to get any help trying to recover the account.
Using the email address you registered on the forums, I did provide another password reset. If you haven’t received that, please let me know by sending me a private message via the link in my signature. We can look into other options for you account.
