Typically, once your situation is assigned to a Community Connector, they will research your issue to the best of their ability, then get back to you. Often times that takes a day or so. Also, remember that the issues are assigned in the order they are received, so it may take some time.
But rest assured, that you will be replied to, and hopefully a resolution for you can be reached. Hang in there and thanks for your patience!

My goodness! I can't believe this is still ongoing! Have you been checking your private messages? You must be logged in to check them. There is a little gray envelope that will appear in the upper right hand corner of your screen. Just click it and it will take you to your inbox!
